Delivery Time

Delivery Charges
Eligible orders will receive Free Delivery, subject to applicable serviceability and terms.

Incorrect Address or Customer Unavailability
If delivery fails due to an incorrect/incomplete address, incorrect contact details or customer unavailability, additional delivery
attempts, delay or other applicable consequences may apply.
Courier/Logistics Partners
The Company may use third-party courier and logistics partners for delivery.
Delivery Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to weather, natural events, transportation disruptions, courier delays, strikes, government
restrictions, technical issues or other circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control.
Damaged Package
If the package appears visibly damaged or tampered with at delivery, the customer should, where possible, report the issue at
the time of delivery and inform the Company as soon as reasonably possible.
Food Safety During Delivery
The Company will make reasonable efforts to maintain applicable food-safety requirements during the delivery process.
